Eligibility Requirements:
High school diploma or GEDCertified Nurse Assistant in the state of employmentAt least 1 year of experience in the health care industryCPR & First Aid certificationValid driver's license for daily travel with mileage reimbursementAccess to insured and reliable transportationPhysical
Qualifications:
Ability to move, transport or position up to 100 lbsAbility to move or traverse about in offices and/or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange informationCaregivers must comply with state background screening requirements.

Effective 9/19/2022, hiring bonus eligibility will be based on remaining an active employee for at least 60 days following the first shift, with at least 180 hours worked.
Bonuses will be paid within 30 days of reaching eligibility.
New caregivers as well as previous caregivers who have not worked for Help at Home in the last 12 months will be eligible for the bonus.
Caregivers who are transferring from an organization within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio of companies are not eligible to receive the bonus.
